It comes almost 18 months after New Zealand equestrian great Sir Mark Todd was banned from the sport for four months, after video emerged of her whipping a horse with a tree branch. The clip, which was shared on TikTok, showed Julia Kotaku striking a horse 80 times as it stood near of a pool of water, before eventually entering to the sound of cheers from onlookers.

AntwoordI am not surprised with PETA's response nor would I request any help from HSUS or the ASPCA either. If you are able to call to Bucharest (I do not have a way to place international calls), I wonder if it's possible for any child protective agencies to be alerted. If there are children in the home there may be violence toward them as well, and if so perhaps there is an agency to contact to investigate. This is one idea. Thank you so very much for keeping Little Grey's abuse exposed and continued efforts.
